Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sigtrix.com platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sigtrix.com ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Sigtrix.com is an AI-powered trading intelligence platform that provides real-time market data analysis, news signals, market microstructure indicators, and related financial intelligence tools (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

The Service does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All information provided is for informational purposes only. We make no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, suitability, or validity of any information on the Service. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and any financial consequences thereof.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable laws.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@sigtrix.com of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription, Billing & Refunds

Sigtrix.com offers paid subscription plans billed on a monthly basis. We offer a $7 introductory trial for 7 days of full platform access. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable monthly rate for your chosen plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

  • Basic Plan: $29/month
  • Advanced Plan: $79/month
  • Pro Plan: $149/month

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel during the $7 trial period before its expiration, you will not be charged the monthly subscription rate.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or its data to third parties
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service in an unauthorized manner
  • Share your account credentials with any third party

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, data, content, designs, and proprietary intelligence modules, is owned by Sigtrix.com and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes during an active subscription.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or signals provided through the Service. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any signals or strategies is not indicative of future results.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SIGTRIX.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
