What data providers power the platform?
Financial Modeling Prep (FMP) powers all market data — equities, options, earnings, insider filings, macro calendars, forex, crypto, and commodities. AI news analysis is handled by Claude. No third-party signal resellers.
How does the $7 trial work?
Pay $7 upfront for 7 days of full platform access. If you cancel within 7 days, you're charged nothing more. If you keep it, we prorate the remainder of your first month at your selected plan rate.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is there a free tier?
No. Sigtrix.com is built for serious traders who require institutional-grade data and analysis. We don't offer a freemium tier.
What exchanges and asset classes are covered?
US equities across NYSE, NASDAQ, and AMEX. Plus Forex, Crypto, and Commodities markets are available on all plans.
How often does the data refresh?
Basic plan refreshes every 5 minutes. Advanced plan every 2 minutes. Pro plan updates in real-time with live streaming where available.
Is there an API or data export?
Advanced users can export CSV data from any module. Pro users also get API access for programmatic data integration.
Do you have a mobile app?
Not yet. The platform is a web application optimized for desktop use, though it is fully mobile-responsive.
